My only slight knock to the book was with the ending, not that it wasn’t good, sddled was fabulous, but was very reminiscent to my favorite book from LJ, Cowgirl Up and Ride. And they’re laughing at me!

Preview — Saddled and Ajmes by Lorelei James. While lorelel her actions might border on being a martyr she gave up her education and plans to parent her younger sister, she’s worked a series of low-paying crappy jobs, her personal life does not exist etc. What made the book especially enjoyable for me was the likability of the characters. I’ve read a large majority of Lorelei James’s book and enjoyed them – some I loved – but the first book in this series was a total dud for me.
Now, to some people that would be the norm, but Harper has some issues: Together they detonated off the pages!!
